Bahia Breeze had a photo shooting. Meanwhile her Papa Benetton Dream won his first qualifier for Warendorf scoring 8.3 ridden by Holga Finken! Congratulations to Familie Windeler as well as Gestüt WM where Benetton Dream stands at stud and to his expert rider Holga Finken! We're even the more happy about this as two client mares are in foal to Benetton Dream again for 2010!

Dune gave birth to her 3rd foal by Florencio. Although delivery was complicated by a posterior presentation and required the ever so proven clinical assitance of our colleagues Dres. Rottmann and Zöttel they were fit to come home on day 2. Here he is pictured nearly 4 weeks old. We named him Full of Hope as a reference to his very well gone older brother. A big thankyou to the team of Pferdeklinik-Röntorf for yet another nightly clinical effort on our behalf!
Please welcome Bahia Breeze by Benetton Dream-Banditentraum. Congratulations go out to Michelle in Ga. on Bonne Chance fulfilling the final step to her SPA title by delivering her first live foal!

Grace's colt has balanced the girls to boys ratio! Therefor we named him Fiftyfifty. He is very tall, darkbay with two small whites behing and pretty. Nursing vigorously. We're very proud of Grace's new foal.

It's a girl... Hannelore presented us with her 7th foal on a sunny afternoon: Jet black filly by Florencio only a few hours old in this sleeping picture. We named her Fire and Ice in reference to her star and being black. We're quite in love! The filly will be for sale, please look for updated pictures and video in a few days

Dorgia T by Don Aqui-Grand Ferdinand II, bred by F.Tillmann of Grevenbroich is one of already two Don Aqui-children to pin M level in jumping. This mare also won the young jumper championate in Rhineland and got the better of approved stallions lining up behind her. Congratulations to Caroline Ironside and Bernd Beilstein on the lease of Don Aqui to Scotland for the 2009 breeding season!

Go, Hannah, go! Congratulations go out to Hannah Dopf (center) and Dom Perignon on taking the Young Rider's championship title in dressage at Walldorf. It's the 4th year in a row for the couple to successfully participate in their province's championships together. Detailed results to be found here. These two did it all the way from Junior years on together and clearly believe in one another. We're proud to announce the victory of Dorgia T (breeder, owner and rider F.Tillmann, Grevenbroich) at the Rhineland young jumper championate scoring 8.2. Dorgia T is a daughter of Don Aqui. She defeated the runner up, an approved stallion by Orlando-Gralshüter. The event was featured in the 10/2008 issue of 'Pferdeforum'. Thanks to Mr. Beilstein, Don Aqui's owner for the headsup!

Lisa writes: 'It was a wonderful day both Maureen Ferris (my friend and Trainer) and myself. Well ... we did it! ELY and Stilton WON their show tests yesterday, coming home with BLUE Ribbons!!
This was ELY's FIRST Show and I will tell you he was a Super Star! Both ELY and I could not have done what he did yesterday without Maureen's unyielding patience and focus. YOU ROCK, Maureen!!! ELY got both a score of 60 (in his first test - got a WHITE Ribbon;Fourth Place) and a 68 (BLUE Ribbon; First Palce) in his second test. It turned out that ELY and I WON a HIGH SCORE / Best in Show BLUE Ribbon!! Imagine??!!
I can not begin to tell all of you how proud I am of ELY and Maureen. It was an Awesome feeling to be handed two BLUE Ribbons and a WHITE!!
Kareen, I hope you get this e-mail as I thought that you would be thrilled to see how beautiful a horse (Early Bird ELY) grew up to be. He looks a lot like his Papa, Ex Libres! Dear Kareen,
It seems to me that it's a long time you haven't heard from me and Whistle. So now I can give you some great news. Whistle is working with two riders (a professional and an amateur) since november to help me. Indeed despite of my quite high level (galop 7), I need help to make everything good. Furthermore, I haven't enough time. As you can see on pictures, Whistle has an interessant potentiel. The weather was this day absolutly awfull : rain, wind and cold !! Whistle was very brave and behaved nicely !!! (It was so rainy that her color has changed !!) The goal for this year is to bring Whistle to Fontainebleau in September where all the best young horses all over France come if they are qualified of course.
On sunday, the competition was for every horses (not specificly the youngs one). The high of fences was 1m05 (against 80 cm on friday). Whistle did it quite well. This competition was for her training only.
Whistle continue to dispay her wonderfull work ethic : I'm proud of her.Congratulations for the new born horses in your barn !!!

News from: Hannah Dopf and Dom Perignon. After being a constant member in the Junior Kader of Baden-Würtemberg they have now been invited into the Young Rider Kader! Well done and way to go Hanna and Peri! The two placed themselves in 3 S-level tests during their first outings end of 2007.
Also Hannah's trainer Pieter van der Raadt had a brilliant season opening with Peri winning an S-level test scoring 68+% in Eppelheim Congratulations!

Just a quick note to hope you, the family and all the horses are well and to say that Diaghilev competed in his first major Affiliated competition last week.
It was the biggest venue either of us has ever been to and despite tractors, marquees, noise, crashes and bangs he rode round like a school master and won both his classes gaining 65% and 67% and qualifying us for the Regional Championships in February.
I was so very very proud of my boy and cannot believe how good he was and just wanted to write to tell you.'

I wanted to give you and Ganiluna's prior owners an update on Ganiluna. Ganiluna has had a wonderful and very successful show season. She has been Champion or Reserve Champion in the Baby Green Hunters or similar 2'6" over fence hunter divisions at the following A rated shows: Blue Rock, Mt. Nittany Classic, Quentin Fall, and Swan Lake. She is consistently the Under Saddle class winner. Ganiluna has also had a successful Breeding Class career, winning the 3 year old Non-Thoroughbred division of the Pennsylvania Horse Show Association last year and pinning 4th, 3rd, and 3rd in her Mare, Amateur Handler, and Under Saddle classes at the Devon Horse Show this year. We are very proud of her and feel so lucky to have her!
