Contendro stunned as the winner of licensing in Holstein and has also won the stallions performance test in Adelheidsdorf unchallenged. He was eventually rented for several seasons by the Celle State Stud and has rapidly earned major brownie points with his first progeny several of which sold for top money at miscellaneous foal auctions.
Just recently Contendro - daughter Rheingold (damline by Lord - Caletto II) scored highest in the mare performance test of Lürschau earning a total score of 8.7
In December Contendro had his first son licensed who was then sold Auf to the US.
Contendros full sibling was licensed at Neumünster and sold later on to a Dutch syndicate for 240K Euro.
