Dana is a very elegant type with correct conformation and a lot of pizzazz. Sire Don Gregory is a GP winner and proven producer of exceptional dressage horses. He is world famous for passing on trainability and talent for upper level work and both his sons and daughters are doing well in the breeding scene as well as in the sports.
Ayoscha has previously produced States premium mare Donnerlieschen with Donnerhall and best in class mare SPA Dune with Don Bosco. Both these mares have scored 8's on rideability and have been rated way above average in all dressage criteria, Donnerlieschen scoring as high as 9/9/9 on basic gaits. Thus the cross with Donnerhall lines can be considered proven.
We think of Dana as being Dune's best foal to date. She's offered for sale as a recommendation for both the sport and breeding.
June update: Dana was presented and accepted for Verden elite foal auction. She will participate fotoshooting on July 7. This site will be updated as the vetting and selection procedures proceed. Prospective buyers are kindly requested to place offers at Verden in August.
August 26 update: Dana passed her vetting with flying colors.
August 30 update: Congratulations to Il Castegno stud in Brescia, Italy, the new owners of Dana! She is set up to travel home in September after being weaned over the coming 2 weeks.
