Kareen's mother Hannelore, a retired teacher of German and French lives in her own home on the property. Grandma Elisabeth was born in 1920 and lived with us until she deceased in the fall of 2004.
Cord remained in the Netherlands after completing his piano and bass studies at Enschede and Hilversum conservatorium. The successful Jazz musician now lives in Amsterdam with his girl friend Anne, allowing his relatives for frequent stopovers and concerts in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.
Jens has a degree in landscape architecture and is studying to become a teacher in professional school next to his current working position. He is married to Helga, a schoolteacher. Both live close by and are the proud parents of four Hendrik (born 2001) Maike (born 2003), Inka (born in 2005) and Jannik (born in 2007).
