Capirex is named after the Motocyclist Loris Capirossi as he was speedy from his first minute on: Up in less than 15 minutes, nursing before he was half an hour old, cantering around the yard right from the start. He is very personable and friendly with an exceptionally pretty face, moves very elastic and is alert and sane at the same time.
He is bred for the jumpers but should also have potential for the dressage ring based on his bloodlines and older siblings such as Danzig, Don Falco, Da Vinci and Diaghilev.
August 2005 update: Capirex was sold at the Verden foal and broodmare auction. Congratulations on the sale to his owner owner Alexandra Fischer!
Oktober 2007:Congratulations to Gestüt Höftehof on Capirex' being accepted for the NRW main licensing. Unfortunately he was withdrawn on short notice but we are hoping he will surface again soon.
